Service providers hand out a coupon to the guest upon the realization of the service, i.e. upon the arrival of the guest at the accommodation facility, and at catering and other tourist services after payment of the bill.
For example: A family of 4 members who spend the night in an accommodation facility, or have lunch in a restaurant in the value of 1,000.00 HRK receives 4 coupons from the service provider with which they can choose free of charge: tour the ethnographic collection or taste 4 dcl. of wine in a winery or get 4 e-bikes for half a day or as part of a tourist group of people get a free one-hour guided tour of the city, or get four free Cedevita with coffee (paid), or get 4 dcl of wine for free with lunch (paid), and similar.
